Andrew Ellis is of counsel at Wolff & Samson, where his primary practice area is commercial real estate. He represents clients in the private and government sectors in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, redevelopment, financing and securitized transactions. He also works with landlords and tenants in warehouse, office and retail leasing.
Andrew served as counsel to the Joint Maritime Congress in Washington, D.C., from 1978 to 1979. He also worked as a legislative assistant to U.S. Sen. Howard H. Baker, Jr., R-Tenn., from 1979 to 1980 and as counsel to the U.S. Senate Budget Committee from 1981 to 1982. In addition, Andrew handled commercial real estate matters in his role as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association from 1992 to 1995.
