Andrew A. Noble is a registered patent attorney in the Intellectual Property Group at Wolff & Samson.  He prepares and prosecutes patent applications regarding electronics, software, computer networks and financial services industry business methods, and prosecutes the reexamination of existing patents. He also prepares patent claim interpretation opinions, manages investigations regarding patent inventorship disputes, conducts IP due diligence -- including review and analysis of corporate patent portfolios -- and structures and edits technology expert reports.

Andrew's experience includes the structuring, drafting and negotiation of IP and technology agreements for a variety of commercial transactions, including: asset and securities purchase agreements for M&A deals; master service agreements; content license agreements; software license, development and maintenance agreements; website development and maintenance agreements; telecommunications services agreements; employment agreements; and non-disclosure agreements.  He has also advised on the antitrust implications of technology and IP acquisitions, and assisted in the large-scale audit and maintenance of an international trademark portfolio.

Andrew also has experience litigating patent infringement actions, as well as copyright infringement and other commercial litigation matters.
