Ari Davis is an associate in the Real Estate, Development and Land Use Group of Wolff & Samson. His practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate development, leasing and acquisitions, as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Ari was an associate at Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. in New York. He received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the executive editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Ari’s note, "Moving from Mandatory: Making ADR Voluntary in New York Commercial Division Cases," was published in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution (8 CARDOZO J. CONFLICT RESOL. 283 (2006)). He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in psychology from Yeshiva College.
