Barbara Manahan, a member of Wolff & Samson’s Real Estate, Development and Land Use Group, focuses on commercial real estate and real property financing transactions.
Barbara’s experience includes acting as local counsel on numerous occasions to one of the largest non-public storage operators in the United States in connection with its acquisition and financing of storage facilities and project sites. In addition, she advised on the sale of more than 280 acres of vacant land located in a Highlands Preservation Area to the State of New Jersey. She also represented a client in the acquisition of a 220+ room hotel and an adjoining parcel of land in a transaction that required extensive due diligence and contract negotiation
Barbara is a past president of the Summit Bar Association and a former investigator and member of the District XII Ethics Committee for Union County.
