Bernard Davis is a member of the Public Finance Group of Wolff & Samson. With 30 years of experiencing in public finance, his focus includes:

Bern serves as bond counsel to numerous entities, with issues totaling billions of dollars. Most recently, he advised on the issuance of:
- $2 billion Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes
- $1.588 billion School Facilities Construction Bonds
- $450 million School Facilities Construction Bonds
In addition, Bern advised on the issuance of public and private bonds on behalf of a variety of entities throughout New Jersey, including hospitals, schools, municipalities, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, youth organizations and others.
Following admission to the Bar, Bern became an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey and was appointed deputy chief of the Civil Division in 1974. Prior to entering private practice, he was assistant counsel for First National State Bancorporation, which merged with Wachovia Bank.
