Beth Rotenberg is a Wolff & Samson litigator who concentrates her practice in the fields of surety and fidelity law, construction litigation, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights in New York and New Jersey. Beth represents sureties with respect to performance and payment bond claims, the defense of prevailing wage claims, affirmative surety claims, and bankruptcy issues. She also represents contractors and building material suppliers in litigation matters, including breach of contract and payment claims. Beth represents fidelity insurers on all aspects of matters relating to financial institution bonds, commercial crime policies and other types of fidelity insurance involving both standard and proprietary forms.

As an associate in Wolff & Samson’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Group, Beth primarily represents creditors, assisting them to enforce their rights in mortgage foreclosure proceedings and under the Bankruptcy Code through the defense of preference actions, filing of claims, and protection of creditor’s rights with respect to the sale and transfer of assets in a bankruptcy case.
