Cristina Martinez, a litigation associate at Wolff & Samson, assists in a variety of practice areas, including securities litigation and arbitration, government and regulatory affairs, and general commercial litigation.

Cristina's securities litigation experience includes responding to inquiries conducted by federal regulatory bodies, investigating customer complaints and analyzing the compliance procedures of securities firms. In the area of commercial litigation, she assists in the representation of the firm's clients in matters involving commercial disputes, ethics and compliance issues, and securities fraud.

Cristina received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, she competed on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, winning the regional championship of the Saul K. Lefkowitz International Trademark Competition in 2008 and finishing third in the nation. Cristina also served as a member of the Journal of Sports and Entertainment, authored an article focused on copyright issues and participated in Seton Hall’s Juvenile Justice Clinic. She earned her B.A. from Drew University, graduating cum laude with a major in political science.
 

Cristina currently serves as a volunteer coach on Seton Hall's Interscholastic Moot Court Board.  She is also an active member of the International Trademark Association.
