Darren Grzyb is a Wolff & Samson litigation associate. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has assisted clients in a variety of matters before federal and state courts.

Darren’s experience includes:

  • Representing area law firms in malpractice litigations, with the underlying claims stemming from both litigation and transactional representation
  • Representing wholesalers involved in contractual disputes with other members of the retail and distribution chain
  • Representing a group health insurer in matters instituted by health care providers

In his role as counsel to a federal monitor appointed by the U.S. Attorney’s office, Darren monitored compliance activities of one the nation’s largest orthopedic implant manufacturers.

Darren graduated with high honors from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, where he was an associate notes editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. After graduation, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Francine I. Axlerad of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
