Darryl Weissman, a litigator in Wolff & Samson’s Fidelity and Surety Group, represents a large number of sureties in a broad range of matters, including litigation involving construction issues and insurance coverage. He also litigates on behalf of corporations in connection with discrimination, contract and employment disputes.
Darryl’s extensive experience includes involvement in the following reported cases:

- Hutton Construction Co., Inc. v. County of Rockland, 52 F. 3d 1191 (2nd Circuit 1995)

He has written extensively on topics of surety and fidelity law over the past two decades. Many of Darryl’s articles are presented at conferences around the country. In addition, he served as chair of the surety program at the 2006 meeting of the Surety Claims Institute. He is the author of:
