Denise Pipersburgh practices in the area of general corporate representations and employment law at Wolff & Samson. She regularly provides counseling and guidance to employers with regard to federal and state law compliance issues, and works closely with management and human resources personnel regarding legal and personnel issues impacting the work environment. Denise’s clients include employers throughout New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Mississippi and Tennessee. She provides practical advice and meaningful solutions to clients in the area of employment law. Her counsel encompasses: - Working with employers to revisit, review and revise employment and human resources policies and procedures, including the development and implementation of employment handbooks
- Drafting an array of employment-related agreements, including separation and release agreements, employment agreements, non-compete agreements and confidentiality agreements
- Assisting clients with the development of Affirmative Action Plans
- Advising and counseling employers contemplating a transfer of operations to a subsidiary or related entity
- Advising and counseling employers on appropriate workplace technology policies
- Advising employers on workforce growth and development
In addition, Denise renders advice regarding compliance with new and existing state and federal workplace regulations, including: - Fair Labor Standards Act

Denise is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society - New Jersey Metro Chapter. In 2011, she was selected for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Stars edition. Denise graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law where she served on the Connecticut Moot Court Board and the Black Law Students’ Association.
