Dorit Kressel is a member in Wolff & Samson's Public Finance Group. Her extensive experience in the public finance field includes serving as bond counsel in numerous transactions at the state, county and local levels. She also serves as underwriter’s counsel, borrower’s counsel and trustee’s counsel in public finance matters. Her experience includes transactions involving:

Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Dorit served as a judicial law clerk to Associate Justice Gary S. Stein of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She also taught law courses to graduate and undergraduate business students at William Paterson University of New Jersey.
Dorit is a member of the Order of the Coif. She graduated cum laude from the Fordham University School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review.
In 2002, Dorit co-authored the highly praised book, “Stack and Sway: The New Science of Jury Consulting” (Westview Press), an examination of the jury consulting industry and its impact on the American judicial system. The book was featured in popular and legal publications, including The Economist, Washington Monthly, Judicature, New Jersey Lawyer, Law and Social Inquiry, Law and Politics Book Review and The Chronicle of Higher Education.
