Elisa Pagano, an associate in Wolff & Samson’s Litigation Group, litigates in state and federal courts on behalf of corporations, financial institutions and small businesses. She is experienced in defending corporations and pharmaceutical manufacturers in complex product liability and mass tort litigation. In addition to her litigation experience, Elisa advises clients in the areas of campaign finance and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Elisa was an associate with Sills Cummis & Gross.
Elisa received her J.D. with high honors from Rutgers University Law School, where she was a dean’s scholar for four consecutive semesters. She served as a law clerk to Judge Charles J. Walsh, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division.
In 2010 and 2011, Elisa was listed as a "Rising Star" in New Jersey Super Lawyers.
