Eric Yun practices commercial litigation at Wolff & Samson and has experience in class action defense and product liability matters in both state and federal courts.
Eric’s experience includes the representation of:
- A consulting and marketing company in a multimillion-dollar lawsuit involving the wrongful termination of the company’s representative agreement
- A financial institution in an internal investigation of potential fraud and regulatory violations by former employees
- Parties in litigation relating to commercial real estate sales/financing
- Opera singers and a performing artists’ guild in disputes with theatrical employment agencies regarding, among other issues, the interpretation and enforcement of state regulatory provisions
- An insurance company in state regulatory action
- A subsidiary of a telecommunications company in a multiparty state environmental matter involving groundwater contamination
As a law student at the Georgetown University Law Center, Eric was the symposium editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy, which published his piece, “Autonomy, Not Aesthetics: ‘Contemporary Community Standards’ and Speech on the Internet.” He also interned at the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division.
