Howard Uniman practices primarily in the areas of surety law, construction litigation and commercial litigation at Wolff & Samson. He has achieved successful results for a broad range of clients in complex multi-party litigation involving breach of contract, negligence, delay damage and surety bond claims.
Howard received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He served as an associate editor and authored several articles for the Seton Hall Law Review including, “The Soap Box Exception to the Miranda Rule: Fifth Amendment Protections Slip Down the Drain,” and “Statute of Limitations Not a Bar to Parties’ Reinstatement of Their Complaint.”
During law school, Howard also served as director of the Juvenile Justice Clinic, Public Defender’s Unit. After graduation, he served as a law clerk to Assignment Judge Herman L. Breitkopf of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.
