James Ferrucci is a member of Wolff & Samson's Fidelity and Surety Group. His practice also includes commercial litigation, trade regulation and construction litigation.
Jim is a frequent lecturer at American Bar Association events and other legal seminars on suretyship law and related issues. He is the author of several published works, including:

He is a past Vice-Chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and is currently Co-Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Subdivision of the committee's Law Division and an editor of the Fidelity & Surety Digest published by the committee.
Jim has an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in New Jersey Super Lawyers. He was also selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Construction Litigation.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Highest Honors in Political Science from Williams College, graduating cum laude in 1969. While at Williams, he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He then went on to Harvard Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1972. He served as a trustee of the Harvard Law School Association of New Jersey from 1984 through 1989.
