James VanSplinter is an associate in Wolff & Samson's Litigation Group.  He has assisted on and handled cases in both state and federal court as well as arbitrations before FINRA, the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Laywers Association.  James also has experience in appellate practice at both the state and federal level.

James is actively involved in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inns of Court, where he is currently a Barrister.
