Keith Morris is an associate in Wolff & Samson's Real Estate, Development and Land Use Group.  His practice includes commercial and industrial leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and industrial buildings. 

Keith drafts and negotiates a wide range of loan documents, property transfer documents, organizational documents, confidentiality agreements, nondisclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, and legal opinions.  His experience includes representing a non-profit developer in securing funding and settling claims with its contractor, resulting in the recommencement of construction on a previously stalled development project, and advice to condominium owners whose buyers were attempting to rescind their agreements of sale.

Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Keith was an associate at Ballard Spahr LLP in Philadelphia.  Keith received his J.D. from New York Law School, where he was a member of the Real Estate Law Student Association, and his B.A. from Emory University, where he was accepted to Omicron Delta Epsilon (Economic Honors Society).
