Kevin Beach is a registered patent attorney in the Intellectual Property Group at Wolff & Samson. Kevin’s practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and counseling on patent protection in a variety of technologies, including software, electrical, mechanical and business method inventions. Kevin renders infringement, patentability and validity opinions, as well as due diligence and transactional advice on IP assets. Kevin’s experience also includes providing litigation and technical support in several actions.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Kevin gained extensive experience in real-time, high-availability optical networking systems as a software engineer in the telecommunications sector.
