Keyana Laws practices in the areas of employment law and complex commercial litigation at Wolff & Samson.

Keyana helps companies avoid liability and protect their rights in employment-related disputes. She represents management in all types of matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, negligence, and other business-related torts, before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. Keyana also handles breach of contract and business-related disputes.

Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Keyana was an associate with the firm Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP in New York, where she practiced in complex commercial litigation, employment and labor law, and appellate litigation.

In addition to her litigation experience, Keyana voluntarily served as a special assistant district attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and successfully defended a criminal appeal before the New York Second Judicial Department. She also worked extensively with the Lawyers Committee on Human Rights in the representation of a Tibetan artist.

A recipient of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York’s Fellowship, Keyana received her J.D. from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
