Lauren DeMauro is an associate at Wolff & Samson. She assists on a wide variety of matters in different areas, including those within the firm’s Corporate and Securities; Corporate Travel; Litigation; Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation; Fidelity and Surety; and Financial Services Litigation Groups. Her experience includes reviewing, drafting and amending corporate agreements; enforcing restrictive covenants and other agreements; and responding to regulatory inquires related to the securities industry.
Lauren received her J.D. from William and Mary Law School and served as a member of the school’s Environmental Law and Policy Review. She earned her B.A. from Providence College, where she served as editor-in-chief of The Cowl, the college’s student newspaper.
