Lindsay Smith is an associate at Wolff & Samson. She assists on a variety of matters in different practice areas, including employment, surety, tax and litigation. Her experience includes drafting and preparing various motions and legal arguments in these areas.

Lindsay received her J.D. from Fordham University Law School, where she was a member of the Urban Law Journal and the Moot Court Board. During her third year of law school, Lindsay participated in the Family Law Clinic.
