Marie Mathews is an associate in Wolff & Samson's Litigation Group. She has nearly 10 years of experience focusing on complex commercial litigation. Marie has worked with pharmaceutical, healthcare and technology firms, among others, in a wide array of matters including antitrust and intellectual property cases. She represents clients in federal and state court class actions and private commercial disputes, and also has substantial experience advising on contracts, settlement agreements and intellectual property licensing agreements. Marie was named a "Future Star" in 2009 by Benchmark Litigation, the Definitive Guide to America's Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys.
Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Marie was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. She received her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from George Washington University.
