Marisa A. Rauchway is an associate in the Litigation Group at Wolff & Samson.  She handles general commercial litigation in New Jersey and New York courts, as well as domestic and international arbitrations, across a variety of substantive areas. Her experience includes matters involving construction, insurance, class action, bankruptcy, white collar criminal defense and employment law.

Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Marisa was an associate at Sills Cummis & Gross, P.C.  She received a JD from Boston University School of Law where she was a member of the Public Interest Law Journal, and her BA, cum laude, from Princeton University.
