Mark Forand is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Group of Wolff & Samson. He provides legal counsel to publicly and privately held companies regarding corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Mark also drafts and negotiates various agreements for corporate clients, including asset purchase, merger, management, employment, settlement, software license and non-disclosure agreements.

Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Mark was an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where he litigated corporate matters for both defendants and plaintiffs and handled a variety of claims, including breach of contract, employment discrimination, theft of trade secrets and products liability issues.

Mark received his J.D., cum laude, from American University and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Boston College.
