Maulik Sanghavi is a corporate and real estate attorney at Wolff & Samson who advises clients on a range of matters, such as the sale and purchase of closely held companies, corporate formation, commercial real estate transactions and land use litigation. He also assists companies with environmental issues, including environmental defense litigation and regulatory compliance.
Maulik received his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law and was a judicial intern to Judge Thomas N. Lyons, Superior Court, Chancery Division, Union Vicinage (now assigned to the Appellate Division). In addition, he held the position of treasurer for the Seton Hall Real Estate Law Society, and, as a legal intern for the Center for Social Justice, helped provide legal assistance to low-income residents of Newark.
Before joining Wolff & Samson, Maulik worked as a business planning and development manager for a San Francisco-based wireless telecommunications startup, which is now publicly held.
Maulik speaks fluent Gujarati.
