Mauro Tucci is an associate in the Litigation Group at Wolff & Samson. He regularly litigates in federal and state courts on a range of complex commercial disputes. His experience includes white collar criminal defense, class action defense, civil rights, construction and bankruptcy, as well as appeals and arbitration. Mauro’s cases of note include:

• Lead counsel in the successful defense of a $1 million arbitration demand against a major financial services corporation
• Enforcement of restrictive covenants and recovery of damages for a corporate employer 
• Trial verdict overturning a municipal election for voter fraud 

Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Mauro was an associate with McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, J.A.D. (then J.S.C.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey and interned for the Honorable William J. Martini, U.S.D.J. of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. 

Mauro received his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his MBA in Finance, with honors, from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business. He received his BA in Political Science from Colgate University, where he graduated with honors and was a member of the political science and economics honor societies. 

Mauro is a member of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association's Metro Chapter. He is also active with the Essex County Bar Association, currently serving as editor of its quarterly newsletter, an officer of the Young Lawyers Section and a member of the Essex County Law Day planning committee. Mauro previously served as Essex County co-coordinator for the annual Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition organized by the New Jersey State Bar Association.
