Melissa Salimbene, a commercial litigator at Wolff & Samson, is experienced in handling all aspects of complex business and commercial matters.

Melissa represents corporations, financial institutions and small businesses in state and federal courts, and handles cases involving restrictive covenants, complex contract disputes, shareholders’ disputes, securities litigation and arbitration, intellectual property litigation, employment litigation, disputes involving governmental contract awards and other complex business claims.

A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Melissa served as legal research and writing instructor and a staff editor of the Rutgers Law Record. During law school, she was a judicial intern to Judge William H. Walls, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Melissa was a law clerk to Judge Sybil R. Moses, the assignment judge of the Superior Court of Bergen County, N.J.

Melissa was named in 2009, 2010 and 2011 to “New Jersey Rising Stars” by Law & Politics, publisher of New Jersey Super Lawyers.
