Michael D. Fleischman

Michael Fleischman is an associate in the Litigation Group at Wolff & Samson.  Previously, Michael worked at the securities and antitrust consulting firm Lexecon, the Legislative Department of the New York City Council, and the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Law Division.

Michael received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the associate notes editor of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal.  He graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Tufts University.

Michael served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Dickinson R. Debevoise, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
