Morris Bienenfeld’s practice at Wolff & Samson is concentrated in the fields of corporate law, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, health law, banking, corporate finance and private equity.

His experience includes serving as general counsel to publicly traded corporations and representing numerous clients in initial public offerings, exchange offerings, spinoffs, PIPEs, dividend recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and private equity transactions.

Morris’ clients are in a wide range of industries, including logistics, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, professional services, private equity funds, venture capital and angel investors. He also represents numerous owners of long-term care and assisted living facilities in connection with the sale, purchase, lease, mortgage financing, HUD financing and reorganization of such facilities.

Morris is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Corporate Law and earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV® rating. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Yeshiva College and The Frisch School. He is also fluent in Hebrew.

He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
