Rajesh Fotedar is a registered patent attorney in Wolff & Samson's Intellectual Property Group. His experience includes drafting and prosecuting patents on inventions in areas such as software, the Internet, business methods, computers, manufacturing, mechanics, medical devices, electronics, electro-mechanical systems, communications systems and semiconductor fabrication technologies.

In addition to his experience in patent law, Rajesh has several years of technical experience from working in the software and computer industries. In particular, he is fluent in many areas of software design, development and testing and has been involved in software engineering projects at Microsoft Corp. and Accenture.

Rajesh received his J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he was a Distinguished Scholar Merit Scholarship Recipient. He graduated with his B.S. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, which included graduate-level coursework in Artificial Intelligence.
