Warren Barrows

Warren Barrows is a Wolff & Samson real estate attorney concentrating in retail and office leasing. Warren represents clients in the acquisition, sale and financing of multifamily, shopping center, hotel and other commercial properties. He also provides advice as lender’s counsel in securitized commercial mortgage loan and construction financing transactions.

Warren’s experience includes representing:

• An international audio products company in negotiating a new lease for its West Coast headquarters and testing facility
• A regional REIT in leasing a flagship Times Square location for an international “oddity” museum
• Financial services companies on a nationwide basis in leasing retail brokerage and regional headquarters locations
• A national REIT in acquiring commercial condominium units
• A pension fund investor on a nationwide basis in purchases of garden apartment and mixed-use commercial properties
• An equity investor in the purchase of mall and hotel properties for repositioning and redevelopment
• Regional lenders in secured financings

Warren received his J.D. from Columbia University, where he was a Stone Scholar every year and an editor of the Columbia Law Review. He also holds a Masters of Government Administration from the Fels Center of Government, University of Pennsylvania, and received his B.A. magna cum laude from Haverford College.
