For summer associate positions, although we accept resumes year
round, students seeking positions for the summer are encouraged to submit their resumes
in August and September of the preceding year.
We require candidates for associate positions to be admitted to or sit for the New
Jersey bar. In addition, we have a significant case
load in New York State and strongly value admission to the New York bar. We
also encourage admission to the federal courts for New Jersey and New York.
At present, the Firm is seeking to expand in the following areas:
Bankruptcy: seeking associate with 2-5 years' experience in bankruptcy. Bankruptcy judicial clerkship is a plus.
Health Care: seeking associate with 2-5 years' experience in transactional and regulatory health care matters.
Litigation: seeking associate with 4 plus years general litigation experience to become an integral part of the firm's litigation department. Judicial clerkship preferred. Strong writing skills required.
