Corporate and Securities/Private Equity Group

Associate/Counsel: Senior-level securities attorney with private equity experience. Candidate must have 10+ years of experience and a minimum of $500,000 in portable business.  Partnership potential.

Intellectual Property (Patent) Group

Associate: Minimum two years of experience in patent prosecution with an Electrical, Computer and/or Physics background. PTO registration required.

Patent Agent: Minimum two years of experience in patent prosecution with an Electrical, Computer and/or Physics background. PTO registration required.
