Wolff & Samson is currently looking to fill the following positions:

Corporate and Securities/Private Equity Group

Associate/Counsel: Senior-level securities attorney with private equity experience. Candidate must have 10+ years of experience and a minimum of $500,000 in portable business.  Partnership potential.

Health Care and Hospital Group

Associate:  Five+ years experience in transactional and regulatory healthcare matters. NJ bar required. 

Litigation Group

Associate:  Four+ years complex commercial litigation experience. NY and NJ bar required.

Paralegal: Qualified candidates must have at least five years of litigation experience and a working knowledge of Summation; must be bilingual in Spanish with the ability to translate lengthy documents. A Bachelors Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program is required. No agencies please.

Intellectual Property Group

Patent Prosecution Attorney: Two+ years of experience with degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred.
