Maloney Joins Wolff & Samson's Corporate Department

John P. Maloney has joined Wolff & Samson PC as counsel in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group. Maloney practices general corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate restructurings, corporate finance and commercial lending, private equity investments, strategic alliances and joint ventures, corporate governance and control, venture capital financing, and employment and shareholder relations.
His clients include businesses in the manufacturing, service, apparel, pharmaceutical, internet technology, transportation, packaged foods and real estate development industries. He also represents entrepreneurs in obtaining start-up capital and bank financing, as well as private equity funds and portfolio companies in connection with acquisition and financing transactions.

Maloney received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, he was counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP in Newark.
