Lee Henig-Elona Joins Wolff & Samson as Counsel in the Firm's Environmental Group

Lee Henig-Elona has joined Wolff & Samson PC as counsel in the firm’s Environmental Group. Henig-Elona has extensive experience in contract negotiations for asset and stock transactions involving contaminated properties, investigation and remediation oversight and management, transactional due diligence and compliance review. In addition, her experience includes ISRA and SEQRA approvals, zoning and planning applications and permitting for development.
“Lee’s depth of experience will make a great addition to our team,” said Wolff & Samson member Dennis M. Toft, head of the firm’s Environmental Group and chairman of the New Jersey Brownfields and Contaminated Site Remediation Task Force.
Henig-Elona received her law degree from New York Law School and her bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University, earning cum laude honors from both institutions. Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Henig-Elona was a solo practitioner in Gillette, NJ and, prior to that, was of counsel at Troutman Sanders, LLP.
