Wolff & Samson Named A "Go-To" Firm for Technology Companies

Wolff & Samson PC was named a “Go-To Law Firm for Technology Companies” by Corporate Counsel magazine – one of less than a dozen New Jersey-based law firms to make the national list.
Each year, Corporate Counsel surveys the in-house counsel at the top 500 companies in the country and asks which outside law firms they use and for which practice areas. The named firms are then selected as a “Go-To Law Firm.” In addition to these surveys, Corporate Counsel’s research department gathers data through court dockets, securities filings and numerous law publications to confirm its findings. This was the first time ALM, which publishes Corporate Counsel, surveyed the country’s leading technology companies.
The entire list of “Go-To” firms will be published by ALM in June as part of its guide, “In-House Law Departments at the Leading Technology Companies.”
