Spadoro & Hilson Merges With Wolff & Samson

George A. Spadoro has merged his firm, Spadoro & Hilson, with Wolff & Samson PC. Spadoro joins Wolff & Samson as a member of the firm, strengthening the firm’s business and corporate law practice.
At Wolff & Samson, Spadoro will advise companies and their senior executives on the legal and strategic considerations faced by growing businesses. He will also focus on contract negotiations, development and redevelopment, capital fulfillment, commercial litigation, business dissolutions, restrictive covenant litigation and employment litigation.

Spadoro has more than 25 years of legal experience. He has represented numerous corporate clients and individuals in both the federal and state courts. Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, he was a senior partner at Spadoro & Hilson in Woodbridge, N.J. While there, he earned an AV Peer Review rating, the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell.

Spadoro, a former member of the New Jersey General Assembly and former Mayor of Edison, is joined by two of his colleagues from Spadoro & Hilson, Arthur T. Hilson and Bruce D. Ettman.
Arthur T. Hilson, joining the firm as of counsel, has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial and business law. His practice involves general business advising, corporate transactions, real estate, sales and acquisitions, banking, commercial and residential real estate development, real estate restructuring, employment contracts and secured transactions.
Joining as an associate, Bruce D. Ettman’s experience is in corporate and business law, employment law, restrictive covenant litigation, creditors’ rights, commercial leasing and business litigation. He has represented clients in both the federal and state courts.
