Financial Institution Bonds: From the Masters

On November 6-7, 2008, Armen Shahinian spoke at the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section Fidelity & Surety Law Committee's Fall Program on a topic entitled "Financial Institution Bonds: From the Masters". Armen Shahinian's particular talk was delivered with Judith Blake of AIG Domestic Claims and was entitled "Who is a Covered 'Employee' Under the Financial Institution Bond?" Andrew Kent Co-Authored the Chapter in the book "Financial Institution Bonds" ABA 2008 (Duncan Clore ed.) on which this speech was based. Mr. Shahinian also served on a panel at that same program entitled "Employee Dishonesty Coverage - Where Are We Now - Current Legal Issues and Practice Considerations in Handling the Fidelity Claim".
