On September 17 - 19, 2008, Armen Shahinian co-chaired the Northeast Surety & Fidelity Claims Conference at the Borgata in Atlantic City. At the conference, Adam P. Friedman chaired the Fidelity Program and co-presented on the subject of "Fidelity Law: The Year in Review" and Andrew S. Kent spoke on the subject of "Defense Tenders: Pitfalls to Avoid".
