Completing the Project:The Differing Perspective of the Many Project Participants

On June 22, 2006, Darryl Weissman co-chaired the Surety Program:"Completing the Project:The Differing Perspective of the Many Project Participants" at the 31st Annual Meeting and Seminar of the Surety Claims Institute. The Surety Program held a series of panel discussions. One panel consisted of surety company personnel and their representatives (attorneys, consultants, and accountants), who discussed how they approach and analyze project completion. The other panel consisted of the obligee and its representatives (owner, general contractors and subscontractors, design professionals, bankers, etc.).
