Sean M. Aylward will be a panelist at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJ ICLE) program titled "What Employment Lawyers Need to Know About Other Areas of Law," to be held March 16, 2010. Sean will discuss tax considerations in the handling of employment cases and the negotiation, structuring and tax reporting of settlements. He will also cover how Internal Revenue Code Section 409A applies to deferred payments.
