Twenty-two Wolff & Samson Attorneys Named to "Super Lawyers" and "Rising Stars"

New Jersey Super Lawyers Wolff & Samson is pleased to announce that 14 members of the firm have been named by New Jersey Super Lawyers to the list of top attorneys in the state for 2010. In addition, eight Wolff & Samson attorneys were selected for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition 2010. Only five percent of lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers, and no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list. Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of Thomson Reuters – Legal division, undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process. The process includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. Those named to Rising Stars are similarly evaluated and must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for ten years or less.
