Ferrucci served as program co-chair and speaker at the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry and the TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee 2011 Midwinter Joint Meeting held at the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel in NYC on January 20, 2011. The program was entitled "Do You Think It's Alright? Pushing the ADR Envelope." Jim's paper, entitled "Getting Out of the Arbitration Weeds," was included in the program materials.
